All staff will undergo an extensive reference checks and are rigorously pre-screened to properly understand the abilities and desires for commencing employment.

Once on board you will follow an induction program which will include the Company Vision and Values, Working Practices and Guidelines. The companies Induction Program will be aligned with Skills
for Care Common Induction Standards, established by the CQC. This has been implemented by the Care Standards Act of 2000, using appropriate guidance, common standards appropriate to induction for all employees.

At the twelfth week of employment, each employee will again be assessed to identify any areas that need further focus or any additional training requirements.
